CUSTOMER CARE PROCESS

DECOR APPOINTMENT

You will meet with our design consultant to select your hardwood floor, carpet, tile, counter tops, kitchen cabinets and other finishes and colours. You will be able to add your personal touch to your home at these décor appointments

PRE-DELIVERY INSPECTION

Prior to moving in we will walk through your home together to complete a comprehensive inspection of your home to detect, note and correct any minor items

CLOSING DAY

This is the day you move into your brand new home. It’s the day you collect your keys

30-DAY APPOINTMENT

This happens 30 days after you move in. It’s part of our ongoing commitment to provide you with service and assistance for a long and satisfying home ownership experience.

WARRANTY

Eastose Homes warrants and stands behind every home we build. We offer a One Year, Two year and Seven year warranty. Your home warranty is by Eastrose homes and backed by the Tarion Warranty Corporation. Homes are covered by the builder and the manufacturer’s warranty for material and work defects.

YEAR

Eastrose Homes warrants for the first year from the day you move in that the home is free from of defects in workmanship and materials. This starts with our Pre Delivery Inspection, then a thirty day Inspection form and the first year of warranty ends with your anniversary or One year inspection form.

YEAR

Eastrose Homes warrants for up to two years that the home is free of defects in material and or workmanship in the electrical, plumbing and heating delivery and distribution system. The home is free of defects in the exterior cladding, caulking, windows and doors; and that the home is free of any water penetration through the building envelope

YEAR

Eastrose Homes protects there Homeowners for up to seven years against any structural defects. Structural defects are defined as any defect that results in failure of the load-bearing part of the home’s structure or defects in materials or workmanship that adversely affect the use of the building as a home

Each home built by Eastrose will be registered with TARION, the Ontario New Home Warranty Program
