Each Eastrose home features sealed high efficiency combustion appliances, low-VOC interior paint and so much more.

Our homes also come with whole-house mechanical ventilation. We also offer heat recovery ventilators, and air cleaning/purification systems that together provide a constant source of clean air. Which drastically help reduce indoor air pollutants and help remove finer airborne particles and contaminants, improving indoor air quality.
